Healthy Eating Tips Websites

National Nutrition Month® is a nutrition education and information campaign sponsored annually by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The campaign is focused on making informed food choices and positive eating and physical activity habits.

Eating right and remaining active are essential to keep us healthy and able to do the everyday tasks we need to do to live at home in the community.
