In addition to congratulating OASIS on its 25th Anniversary, Assistant Secretary Carbonell will address national efforts to help Americans live longer, healthier lives by streamlining access to long-term supports, ensuring high quality care and services, emphasizing prevention as a key to improved longevity, and advancing consumer direction and choice. She will also talk about the importance of establishing partnerships among health and human service entities at the national,state, and local levels to further healthy aging and care for adults as they age.
